We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant, Process Control in our Pickering office.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience working as an Administrative Assistant in the Financial Services Industry;

- Some education in any of the following: Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration;

- Experience with Microsoft Suite, with Excel skills at an intermediate level including data entry, formulas, vlookups, macros;

- Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail;

Responsibilities:

- Act as administrative support for the Process Control Department;
