It is likely that you have recently made a purchase on a monthly payment plan from a local merchant. LendCare Capital Services provides financing solutions to local and national merchants across Canada. Refer to any recent sales receipts for any references to LendCare Capital.How do I pay out my agreement?
There is NO penalty for paying out your agreement early. Simply contact us for a pay out balance by calling us toll-free at 1-866-291-4045.I’m on a no interest deferral program. How does that work?
To avoid interest charges, we must receive payment in full by the deferral date on your agreement. To verify this date, simply call us toll-free at 1-866-291-4045. If we do not receive payment, your agreement will revert to the monthly payment schedule outlined to you on your purchase agreement. This is an automatic process and you do not need to contact us in order to inform us that you will not be paying out your contract.How do I change my banking information?
Fax a copy of the new void cheque to 1-866-291-4046, or contact us at 1-866-291-4045 to inform us that you have mailed us a new void cheque to reflect your new banking information. Please make sure your cheque makes reference to your name and LendCare account number. We require two 2 weeks notice for the change to take effect.Can I change the day that my monthly payment is withdrawn?
Yes, you may change it to any day of the month, which is most convenient for you. Please contact us toll-free at 1-866-291-4045 to make the change. Keep in mind that we will require two 2 weeks notice for the change to take effect.Can I make extra / balloon payments every so often?
Yes, there is NO penalty in making full or partial balloon payments on your account. Simply mail us a cheque or money order to our address.
